Wow we are on our 9th week of school! This is the last week of our first semester. Please encourage your child to complete 4 spelling contract activities every week with their weekly spelling words written in their agenda. I am now including them in our weekly updates under spelling. We are working on long e digraphs this week and spelling words will be getting more difficult. Students have a variety of activities to choose from in order to practice these words. Coming up in two weeks are conferences. I have emailed out a link for you to fill out in finding conference times. You can find it here:

Please remember the students are released two hours early during our conference week from Monday, October 16th-Friday, October 20th. Please let me know as soon as possible what times work for you by filling out my form. This does not guarantee a time but helps in scheduling.
